Job-alert email collection
When a visitor submits the job-alert form on any page, the email address is sent directly to Malaysia Careers' Google Form and may be stored in its connected Google Sheet.

Purpose, access and retention

External services and rights
Email collection uses Google Forms, which operates under Google's own privacy practices. Links to employers and official agencies also lead to third-party services. The live operator should provide a monitored privacy contact for access, correction and deletion requests where applicable.
